SOC Mastermind
A cautious SOC assistant that runs next to your SOAR. It closes what is known, with evidence, and leaves everything else to an analyst.
Rollout
It observes first. You turn it on.
Automation is never switched on all at once. Every installation starts in observe mode, and turning on automatic closing is your call.
Observe
Records the decision it would make and leaves the alert untouched. The default mode.
Automate
Closes only the alerts with enough evidence; everything else still goes to an analyst.
For analysts
Verifying a decision should not take a search.
The evidence sits next to every closure. Our target is for an analyst to verify a decision within 30 seconds.
Evidence view
The reasoning and evidence for a closure, on one screen.
Reopen
Reopen any closure you disagree with. Every decision is auditable and reversible.
Your team's knowledge
It benefits from your team's decisions, and that process stays under your control.
For managers
You stay in control.
Dashboard
See which alerts were closed, which went to an analyst, and why.
Mode control
You decide when automation turns on.
Kill switch
One action stops all automatic closing.
Bulk rollback
Reopen automatic closures in bulk whenever you need to.
Integration
A SOAR-agnostic connector.
SOC Mastermind works through a generic REST connector and sits on the machine where your SOAR is installed. It pulls alerts from the SOAR API; its write access is limited to closing, adding a reasoning comment and tagging.
Deployment
You choose where your data stays.
Local model
The model runs on the same machine. Alert data never leaves it.
API mode
It connects to a model provider. Sensitive fields are masked by default.
Offline installation
Installation in environments without an internet connection is supported.
How we measure
The figures are measured on your data.
Every figure on this site is a design target. Real values are measured in each installation in observe mode: the decisions the system would make are recorded and set side by side with your analysts' decisions.
- Precision
- Of the alerts the system marks CLOSE, the share your analysts also closed. Target ≥ 99.7%.
- Coverage
- Of all alerts, the share the system marks CLOSE. Target in a mature installation: 40–55%.
- Decision time
- Time from receiving the alert to writing the decision, at p95. Target ≤ 30 s.
Try it in observe mode first.
See what the system would do in your environment, without closing a single alert.
